HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY NEW SIM CARD ON EE?
Call 150 EE customer services with your mobile number and the new SIM number and they will transfer your existing mobile number over to the new SIM card.
I HAVE RECEIVED A NEW SIM CARD BUT I WAS TOLD I WOULDN'T NEED ONE?
Some handsets are supplied with a new SIM card. If you’re upgrading EE to EE and your existing SIM fits your new handset, you don’t need to use the new SIM.
We include new SIM cards as standard because we understand how critical your mobile number is to your business. If your handset is ever lost or stolen, EE can quickly transfer your number to a replacement SIM, helping keep disruption to a minimum.
If you’re migrating from another network to EE, the new SIM must be used to activate your upgrade and enable access to EE’s 4G services.If you’re unsure which SIM to use, our customer service team is on hand to help, just give us a call
SIM CARD HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BUT HAVE NO SERVICE?
In most cases, this is quick and easy to fix.
Try a SIM refresh first:
- Switch your handset off and remove the SIM card
- Turn the handset on without the SIM and leave it for a moment
- Switch the handset off again, reinsert the SIM, then power back on
- This simple reset resolves the issue 9 times out of 10.

MY ACCESSORY PACK HASN'T ARRIVED WITH THE NEW PHONE?
Accessory packs included with your upgrade are sent separately from a different distributor.
If your package includes accessories, these are typically delivered within 30 days after your handset arrives, as outlined during your verification call or in your signed paperwork.
If it’s been longer than 30 days or you’d like an update, our customer service team will be happy to help.
You have 14 days to exchange or cancel your upgrade. To do this you need to call our customer service team on
for a returns authorisation code. The advisor will then talk you through the procedure.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH DELIVERY OF MY NEW PHONE?
If a parcel is being delivered via Royal Mail this will be delivered between 9AM and 1PM. Somebody does have to be in to sign for this as all of our packages are sent out Special Signed Delivery. If you receive a "whilst you were out card", please follow the instructions on the card.
